REVERSE SEARED
LONDON BROIL

INGREDIENTS:

3lb. London broil

2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp garlic, chopped

2 tbsp Ben's Heffer Dust
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat recteq® to 225°F.

Season London broil with olive oil, vinegar, and Ben's Heffer Dust, and marinate for 6-24 hours.

Cook at 225°F until an internal of 125°F.
-
Remove from the grill and increase temp. to full with a sear kit.

Sear steak on all sides until an internal of 135°F.
-
Let rest and slice thinly across the grain.
