COUNTRY FRIED
STEAK NUGGETS

INGREDIENTS:

4lbs. cubed beef steak

3 cups buttermilk

3 eggs
-
2 tbsp hot sauce
-
4 tbsp Casanova's Competition Rub

1 tbsp coarse black pepper
Seasoned Dredge:
-
4 cups all-purpose flour
-
1 tbsp Ben's Heffer Dust

1 tbsp coarse black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk, eggs, hot sauce, and seasoning, then mix well.

Add the cubed steak and marinate for 2-4 hours.

In the Matador, preheat the oil to 350ºF.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dredge and mix well.

Add the steak nuggets to the dredge, shaking off any excess.

Add to the hot oil and fry for approximately 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
